Obviously you have given this considerable deep thought, and much scholarly insight is in evidence.

In fact, if I may get in before Noel does, you've seem to have it all wrapped up.

I'm tempted to say there could still be a few loose ends, for which string would be the obvious answer, but you have demonstrated beyond any fear of contradiction that such an idea is totally unbiblical - Matthew only knew about sticky-tape.
