A Page for Youth???
This page is for young people. We plan for it to become a portal into a whole website, designed and built by the youth, for the youth. While this is still coming into being, please let this grey haired webservant introduce you to a few of the possibilities:
Do you have something to say? How about your own forum where you can rap about anything you like?
Do you REALLY have something to say? Then why not have your own blog, or even a group blog, and really lay it on them?
Youth events calendar, chatroom, publish your articles online, music, CD/film/video/book reviews, whatever.
If you dream it up, we'll find some way to do it, if it's possible, and another way if it's not!
If you have ideas, skills, gifts, or desires, then get in touch with us through the feedback forms on this website, or better still start a topic in the forum by ...

Inter Church Youth
Some of us oldies have just been talking to a couple of young women who have a vision for what they are calling Inter Church Youth. Let me share with you a few extracts from their letter to the pastors of the churches in the west:
"God is moving mightily in the midst of the Youth Ministry of churches around the world. Great men and women of God are being raised up from Youth Ministries doing awesome works for the Kingdom of God.
"As it is written in Eph 4:3-6, it pleases the Lord to see His children live in unity and to serve Him as 1 body in Christ (Eph 4:11-16). I would like to take this opportunity to share to you the vision that the Lord has placed in my heart, along with 3 other Youth Leaders, in which we hope to impart to your Youth Leader."
Vision for the Inter Church Youth:
For the Inter Church Youth to stand united as 1 Body in Christ, dwelling in the manifest presence of God & pursuing to be all that God has called us to be. To build each other up in Christ through words of wisdom, prayer, fellowship, encouragement and support of one another's churches. To equip us to go forth into the harvest field as we serve our Lord in ministries that will make a Kingdom difference for eternity.
Janelle, Lhen and the other Youth Leaders are asking pastors to bless their Youth Leaders and allow them to become involved with the I.C.Y. vision as they meet together once a month, beginning in October 2002, to organise events such as workshops, seminars, rallies and so much more.
